While all Dwarves are pretty much the same as far as the race goes the written language has undergone some changes due to the Dwarves' isolationist attitude over several hundred years. The Dwarves that settled in the mountain range east of the human Empire refer to their written language as Dwarven. Those that settled in the mountain range west of the human Empire refer to their written language as Dwarvish.

This is the cipher for translating western Dwarvish runes.
