Waiver Forms

The idea behind Cambrion Adventures™ is to have fun in a live action setting. To accomplish this we hold events in various locations that include both outdoor and, less frequently, indoor sites. We at Cambrion Adventures™ make efforts to provide a safe environment within which to play, however, given the nature of character interaction and possible mock combat it is a possibility that injuries can occur. Since we take our safety seriously we have had, thankfully, very few injuries of note. To date, after 10 years of play, we have had only a few injuries (two broken ankles and a broken leg) and a fair number of bruises and minor scratches.

In spite of any safety precautions we could take there is always the possibility you could trip, bump into someone else, or fall down causing injury. Towards this end Cambrion, as a Venturing crew (associated with Boy Scouts but for males and females), requires that all members have waivers on file. Waivers are differentiated by youth and adult waivers above. In addition to the waivers there is a $15 annual membership fee. The waiver and membership fee are used to cover insurance costs for each member of Cambrion. The waiver is required to be filled out correctly when you come out to play Cambrion. The annual membership fee is prorated (lowered) at various points throughout the year and is not required at the first event you attend. The first event is free (excluding site fees for camping or feast sites) to give you a chance to see if you like the game before you commit to it however you will still need to bring the waiver to play.

For safety reasons, no one under the age of 14 is permitted to participate in Cambrion Adventures™. Thank you for your understanding.

The two links at the top of the page will open a new window with a waiver you can print out. You can either mail the waiver to us at one of the addresses listed in the contact us link to the left or you may bring it with you when you come out to play.

You can open the waiver by clicking on the link and printing it directly or download and save it by right clicking the link above and select "Save target as". Saving the waiver will pop up a window asking where you want to save the file. Choose where you want to save it on your computer then select ok to save it.

Adobe Acrobat Reader, which will allow you to read and print the waivers, is available by clicking on the image below:

When you click on the link, it will pop up a new window. Select the Get Acrobat Reader button there and the site will take you directly to the download page for Acrobat Reader.
